    60 Day Summer Challenge

    What can you achieve in 60 days of focused training?

    Burn Fat, Tone up, Get Fit or Lean?
    Do it with 3 x 30 or 60 minute sessions per week!


    No messing about, just challenging, intense, focused training. Mix and match the classes to suit your goals and schedule:
    Circuit30s - aerobic and anaerobic activity
    Core30s - torso, strength and functional movement
    Dumbell30s - resistance training with a difference
    Xfit30s - an Xtra special challenge

    FightFit - a 60 minute class of bag mashing insanity

     

    The Challenge

    To train hard 3 times per week for just 60 days in any of our 30 minute or FightFit classes.

     

    Why do it?

    We all think we are training hard, but we miss classes, lose focus... we maintain but don't maximise our training. (Yes we can accommodate holidays!)

     

    Our Power30s and FightFit systems are designed in a specific and targeted way. Each class offers a unique way of training that is designed to give maximum results and includes cardio, resistance, Fartlek, random, HIIT, plyometerics, blood shunting and much more.
