The Challenge
To train hard 3 times per week for just 60 days in any of our 30 minute or FightFit classes.
Why do it?
We all think we are training hard, but we miss classes, lose focus... we maintain but don't maximise our training. (Yes we can accommodate holidays!)
Our Power30s and FightFit systems are designed in a specific and targeted way. Each class offers a unique way of training that is designed to give maximum results and includes cardio, resistance, Fartlek, random, HIIT, plyometerics, blood shunting and much more.
